What is Fuel Food?

Fuel Food delivers select, freshly prepared gourmet meals to all 50 United States. All meals are calorie counted, measured and weighed. We also deliver the fresh ingredients from our meals so that you can prep at home!

How did Fuel Food start?

Fuel Food was founded nearly 15 years ago by lifelong athlete and trainer Erik “the Viking” Leander. Erik is a professional boxer, with an 11-2 record, that has trained and cooked for professional athletes for the last 15 years.

Fuel Food is the first, and one of the only, companies that delivers freshly prepared gourmet meals to all 50 United States. Shipping rates do apply to all Fuel Food orders and can be found under the “Do you ship to my area?…” tab below. Your fresh food is delivered right to your doorstep or office, ready to eat!

How do I sign up and place my first order?

– Visit https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/signup. Enter your preferred email address and a password.
– Click the “Profile” tab and complete it.
– Click the “Billing” tab. Choose your preferred meal credit package. Fuel offers meal credit packages in quantities of 300, 110, 50 and 20.
– Click the “Place Order” tab. Select your meals for delivery. Fuel Food changes our menu every 7 days!

After an order is successfully placed, your email confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address on file. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Customerservice@fuelfood.com

"Profile" How do I fill out my profile?

– Log into your account at https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/login
– Click the “Profile” tab.
– Complete the Delivery Address section. Please also enter your signature (draw this with your mouse) into the provided box.
– Click the green Update Delivery Address button.
– Complete the Billing Address section
– Click the green Update Billing Address button.

When your “Profile” is complete, you can click the “Billing” tab to purchase your meal credits. If you already have meal credits, please click the “Place Order” tab to select your meals for delivery!

"Billing" How do I purchase meals? What are meal credits?

– Log into your account at https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/login
– Click the “Billing” tab.
– Select your preferred meal credit package. You will be prompted with your payment total.
– Enter payment information and confirm your purchase.

Fuel Food offers meal credit packages in numbers of 300, 110, 50 and 20 meal credits. Clients simply purchase a meal package upfront and meal credits are added to the account, in full. From there, meals are deducted as orders for delivery are placed.

Meal credit packages automatically renew once your account drops to 9 or fewer remaining meals. You can upgrade your meal credit package or cancel automatic renewal at any time under the “Billing” tab.

"Place Order" How do I order my meals?

– Log into your account at https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/login
– Click the “Place Order” tab.
– Enter your preferred numerical quantity in the provided box next to any meal selection. For meals that you do not want to receive, simply leave the value at 0.
– Refer to the “Account Status” box. Please review your selection totals, and choose your preferred delivery option.
– Click the green “Place Order” button to confirm your order.

After an order is successfully placed, your email confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address on file. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Customerservice@fuelfood.com

What are the meal credit packages and how do they work?

Fuel Food offers meal credit packages in numbers of 300, 110, 50 and 20 meal credits. Clients simply purchase a meal credit package, those meal credits are added to the client’s account in full, and meal credits are deducted as a client places orders for delivery.

Meal credit packages automatically renew once your account drops to 9 or fewer remaining meals. You can upgrade your meal credit package or cancel automatic renewal at any time under the “Billing” tab. Or go to click here to update.

Do you ship to my area? How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary by location:

– Eligible Local South Florida customers have the option to select Local Driver Delivery for a $5 flat rate or UPS delivery with tracking for a $20 flat rate

– National delivery outside of the state of Florida varies. UPS offers delivery with tracking via 1-day and 2-day delivery options.

What are my delivery options?

Delivery options are presented in the “Account Status” box on the “Place Order” menu page before you confirm your order for delivery.

ELIGIBLE SOUTH FLORIDA CLIENTS: Local Driver Delivery is a $5 flat rate per delivery. Meals will arrive on your doorstep in the very early hours of the morning on Monday and/or Wednesday mornings before 9AM EST. Meals will arrive in an insulated cooler bag.

ALL FLORIDA CLIENTS: UPS 1-day delivery with tracking is a $20 flat rate per delivery. Meals are delivered to your home or office during normal business hours on Tuesday and/or Thursday. If your delivery location does not accommodate delivery before 9AM, please opt for UPS Delivery. Meals will arrive in a temperature controlled cooler.

ALL NATIONAL CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA: UPS 1-day or 2-day delivery with tracking varies in cost. Meals are delivered to your home or office during normal business hours on Tuesday and/or Thursday via 1-day shipping, or on Wednesday and/or Friday via 2-day shipping. Meals will arrive in a temperature controlled cooler.

Do I have to place an order for delivery or will it be automatically sent?

Please place an order for EACH individual delivery that you would like to receive. Fuel Food does not send automatic meal deliveries. We do not deliver food unless a client orders it for delivery and receives a delivery confirmation via email. Fuel Food changes our menu every 7 days to allow for variation. Please find delivery date options under the orange, vertical “Delivery Calender” tab on the right side of the FuelFood.com website on all Fuelfood.com webpages.

What is the minimum number of meals per delivery?

Florida Delivery: There is a 20 meal credit minimum per delivery.

National Delivery outside of the state of Florida: There is a 20 meal credit minimum per delivery.

When will I receive my meals? What is the order deadline? Can I place an order after the deadline?

Fuel Food’s order and delivery schedule allows us to prepare your meals from scratch using only fresh (NEVER frozen) ingredients. Fuel orders fresh ingredients from our local vendors. Every Monday and Wednesday, Fuel Food conducts “Production Day”. Meals are made fresh, packaged and sent immediately for delivery the same day.

– Please find delivery date options under the orange, vertical “Delivery Calender” tab on the right side of the FuelFood.com website on all Fuelfood.com webpages.

– Fuel Food’s weekly order deadline is every Wednesday at 11:59PM EST. If a client orders before this deadline, they can choose a delivery date for the following calendar week. As soon as this deadline passes, we update our menus to reflect the next cycle of delivery dates for the following calendar week.

– Due to the carefully detailed and labor intensive aspects of each individual client’s meal preparation, we cannot accommodate any orders after the deadline has passed. This is what makes Fuel Food such a fresh and convenient service. Thank you for your understanding!

What are my meal options? How much do meals cost?

We offer 60+ meal options per week! Choose from:

TRADITIONAL BALANCED NUTRITION: (1 credit per selection – 1 serving)

PALEO: (1 credit per selection – 1 serving)

VEGETARIAN: (1 credit per selection – 1 serving)

COMPETITION/EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS: (2 credits per selection – 2 servings)

CERTIFIED ORGANIC: (3 credits per selection – 2 servings)

FRESH ORGANIC COLD PRESSED JUICES: (2 credits per selection – 1 serving)

ADD-ON PROTEIN SNACKS: (1 credit per selection – 2 servings)

Our fresh snacks are fortified with Vegan, whey isolate, or egg protein. Our snacks are unbelievably delicious!

ADD-ON SAUCES AND SPICES:

These contain a mix of additional ready-made sauces or meat rubs that you can add to your program. These are healthy, low sodium, low sugar, and low fat.

Will I be full enough from one meal?

Yes! Depending on how you are accustomed to eating, you should begin to feel full after just one meal, due to the protein/carb/fiber ratio. Your body will typically go through a detoxing period. Our pressure sealed meals fill a standard dinner plate, and help to train your body in proper portioning. Nutritional counts are listed for each selection on the menu. Please choose what best suits your needs. If you find that you require more, you can always supplement with our “Add-On Protein Snacks”.

How many meals am I supposed to eat?

Most clients opt for 3 meals and 1 snack container per day (each snack container is 2 servings). Fill your body with adequate nutrition throughout the day and see big results!

Do I have to eat 3 meals and 1 snack per day?

You may order any combination of selections that you see on the menu! You can refer to the current menu on the “Place Order” page of your Fuel Food account or at FuelFood.com/Menu

Each menu selection includes ingredients, nutritional information and the meal credit cost.

What are my payment options?

Fuel accepts all major credit cards. Our meal credit packages are sold in numbers of 300, 110, 50 and 20 meal credits. The cost for each meal package is the price per meal plus a 10% processing fee.

Clients simply purchase a meal credit package upfront and meal credits are added to the account, in full. From there, meals are deducted as orders for delivery are placed.

Meal credit packages renew when your account hits 9 or fewer meals. To learn about the automatic renewal feature and how to control it from your Fuel Food account, please refer to the “How do I cancel?” tab.

What if I go out of town? What if I do not want to order every week?

– If you are going out of town and want to receive meals, please make sure to update your Delivery Address under the “Profile” tab BEFORE you place a new order for delivery. When an order is placed, meals will be shipped to whichever delivery address is already saved on file. We deliver to all 50 United States, so if you are going out of town for business or pleasure, we can have your meals delivered to you anywhere in the U.S.!

– Simply place an order for delivery whenever you want to receive meals. Our clients are not obligated to order on a weekly basis. In addition, meal credits do not expire!

Who prepares the meals?

A team of trained professional chefs make all Fuel Food meals from scratch, with the assistance of kitchen personnel who have all have been trained in food safety and preparation. All staff are fully certified by the state of Florida.

Where is the Fuel Food commercial kitchen located?

Our state of the art Fuel Food kitchen is located in sunny Palm Beach, Florida.

What if I don’t want to lose weight?

Fuel Food has clients who use the program to lose, maintain and even bulk. It is all in how you utilize the meals! We split our menu into sections:

– Traditional Balanced Nutrition: For those clients who would like to maintain their healthy lifestyle.
– Paleo: For those who are looking to lose weight.
– Competition/Extreme Weight Loss: For those clients who are looking to lose weight quickly for competition purposes.
– Vegetarian: For those clients who would like to maintain a healthy vegetarian lifestyle.
– Certified Organic Meals: All Fuel Food meals are 100% all natural and made without preservatives, added sugar or sodium.

How do I heat my meals?

Each Fuel Food meal is pressure sealed using our state of the art MAP sealing technology, Meals come in microwaveable containers. They can be heated for 1:30-2:00 minutes, depending on your microwave power. You can also opt to heat your food on the stove top or in the oven. Simply transfer your food to a pot, wok or an oven safe tray. Please make sure to remove the plastic seal and the lid before heating.

Are my meals frozen? Can I freeze my meals?

No ingredients or meals are EVER frozen! All food is made fresh the day of and it is delivered fresh. With our MAP pressure sealing technology, meals have a shelf life of 5 days. Some meals, such as snacks, have an even longer shelf life. We recommend eating all meals fresh.

What do I do with the packaging that my food comes in?

In an attempt to stay green and keep meal costs down, Fuel Food asks that clients who receive South Florida Local Driver Deliver service trade out insulated bags with each new delivery. Simply leave your bag for a Local Driver team member to pick up. For national clients outside of South Florida who receive UPS shipping, Fuel Food absorbs the cost of packaging for you. You can simply dispose of the packaging or keep it.

Does Fuel have a referral program?

Fuel Food offers 5 free meals for each new referral!

– Log into your account at https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/login
– Click the “My Account>>>Referrals” tab. The system will generate your unique referral link.
– Copy and paste this link to your social media, or send it via e-mail. Each time someone signs up with your unique code, you will automatically receive 5 free meals to your account! You must use your code to receive referral meals.

Can I change my delivery address? Can I change my billing address?

– Log into your account at https://www.fuelfood.com/order/user/login
– Click the “Profile” tab.
– Enter your new delivery or billing address information.
– Click the green “Update Delivery Address” button or the green “Update Billing Address” button.

Please note, when an order is placed, meals will be shipped to whichever delivery address is saved to your “Profile”. The delivery address contained within your order confirmation is the delivery address that meals will go to. Changing your delivery address after placing an order for delivery will not change the delivery address in your order confirmation. If you would like to change the delivery address contained within your order confirmation, please email Customerservice@fuelfood.com and we will be happy to make this change for you!

How do I cancel?

– Log into your FuelFood.com account.
– Select the “Billing” tab.
– Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Pause Billing” button.

Fuel Food delivers freshly prepared gourmet meals to your order. This process takes time and careful planning. For this reason, all Fuel Food meal credit packages are subject to our “8-day Advance Notice Cancellation Policy”.

Simply click the Pause Billing button today and cancellation will become active in exactly 8 days. Once cancellation is active, you will receive an email confirming this. Example: I click Pause Billing under the “Billing” tab on the 1st of the month. My renewal cancellation will take effect starting at 12:01AM EST on the 9th. From here, I will no longer be automatically billed or renewed when my account drops to 9 or fewer meals. To resume this automatic billing feature, simply log into your account, click the “Billing” tab, and select the Resume Billing button. It’s that easy!
